• Coordinating, color coding, placarding, and all tagging required.
  
• Maintain on-site communication with move coordinators to provide all necessary guidance and support during critical color coding and tagging phases.
  
• Provide on-site management and supervision during the physical move.
  
• Provide the proper equipment for protecting and transporting of all contents during the physical move.
  
• Determine chain of command for all last minute decisions.
  
• Troubleshoot and help to solve any problems with elevators, loading dock ingress/egress, weather related contingencies, etc.
  
• Assist with employee settling in period.
